OpenFang
OpenFang is quiet on commits, but the useful work is provider and timeout hardening
OpenFang shows zero 7-day commits on ClawCharts, yet its PR/issue surface is not dead: NEAR AI Cloud provider support, long-running local inference timeouts and busy-agent queueing, RustSec dependency work, and sample schedule cost controls are all active.
Why it matters now
The chart says cold commits; the queue says users are still finding cost and timeout edges. For an Agent OS, that is not glamorous. It is survival.
Current
Latest release remains v0.6.9; repo pushed May 14 but issues/PRs through May 21 show active hardening discussion.
Evidence
GitHub API inspected PRs #1209/#1208/#1210 and issue #1206; ClawCharts rank #8 and zero 7-day commits captured.
Action
Publish as watchlist/useful trouble. Watch whether the PR queue merges or the low commit signal starts matching maintenance reality.
Caveat
Commit count and PR activity diverge; do not overstate velocity.
